If you've been doing everything right and still not feeling well, LDN might be the missing piece your conventional provider never mentioned.
Low Dose Naltrexone — or LDN — is naltrexone used at a fraction of the dose traditionally prescribed for addiction treatment. At these lower doses (typically 1.5mg to 4.5mg), it works differently in the body. Instead of blocking opioid receptors long-term, it creates a brief blockade that signals your body to produce more of its own endorphins and helps regulate immune function.
This makes LDN particularly interesting for people dealing with chronic inflammation, immune dysregulation, and a range of conditions that conventional medicine often struggles to fully address.
LDN is an FDA-approved medication used in an off-label capacity at low doses — a common and legal practice in medicine. It has been studied and used clinically for decades.
Autoimmune conditions (Hashimoto's, lupus, MS, rheumatoid arthritis)
Fibromyalgia and chronic pain
Long COVID and post-viral fatigue
Crohn's disease and inflammatory bowel conditions
PCOS and hormonal inflammation
Chronic fatigue syndrome / ME-CFS
Mood conditions including depression and anxiety (particularly when linked to inflammation)
General immune dysregulation
This list is not exhaustive. Many patients come to LDN after years of searching for answers. If you've been told your labs are "normal" but you still don't feel well, that conversation is exactly what a consultation is for.
LDN is not a magic pill, and I won't pretend otherwise.
It is one tool — and in the right person, it can be a genuinely meaningful one. But it works best as part of a bigger picture: understanding your labs, addressing root causes, supporting your body with the right nutrition, sleep, stress management, and sometimes additional therapies.
What I can offer you is an honest, thorough clinical conversation. We'll look at your full picture together and determine whether LDN is appropriate for you — and if it is, we'll move forward with a thoughtful plan. If it isn't the right fit, I'll tell you that too.
I'm not here to just prescribe and send you on your way. I'm here to help you understand what's actually going on in your body.

Hi, I'm Lorri; founder of Vermae Telehealth and a Family Nurse Practitioner with 27 years of nursing experience and 13 years as an NP.
I built Vermae Telehealth because I kept seeing the same thing: patients who had been dismissed, undertreated, or told their results were "fine" when they clearly were not. I specialize in metabolic wellness, hormonal health, and functional approaches that go beyond what conventional medicine typically looks for.
My practice centers on the people who have fallen through the cracks of the traditional system — and I bring that same commitment to every LDN consultation.
I offer fully virtual visits across 16 states, so wherever you are, care is within reach.
California · Florida · Louisiana · Missouri · Montana · Minnesota · Maryland · New Mexico · New York · Illinois · Iowa · Virginia · Washington · Vermont · South Carolina · Texas
The first step is a conversation. Book a consultation and we'll talk through your history, your symptoms, and whether LDN makes sense as part of your care plan.
Virtual visits only. Available in licensed states listed above. New patients welcome.
