Nurse practitioner Lorri is amazing. I was able to receive prompt treatment for a health issue without judgment or a condescending lecture. As someone who has anxiety around taking certain medications, Lorri reassured me on the possible side effects and how to mitigate them (if I had to). Lorri actually listened to me and my concerns. From there, we were able to come up with the best treatment plan for my health issue. This is probably the first time that I didn't have anxiety around taking medication. The prescription and treatment plan really helped me and I feel so much better. As a very busy professional woman, the telehealth appointments at Vermae Telehealth really fit with my schedule.
